Ragi dosa mix
Ingredients : Ragi flour, Black gram flour and Fenugreek.
Cooking Method
• Add 1 cup of Ragi Dosa mix in a bowl and add 1 to 1 ½ cup water, mix well to get the batter without lumps.
• Keep batter aside for minimum 2 hours.
• Add salt, pinch of cooking soda and a little water to get the dose consistency.
• Heat tava, sprinkle water on tava, spread batter on medium flame, add 1 spoon oil or ghee along the sides.
• Roast till brown, spread onion pieces and serve with onion with redchilli chutney or coconut chutney .
